A baked pasta classic! This delicious recipe for baked rigatoni with ricotta and meat sauce is perfect for a quick and comforting weeknight dinner.

Brown the ground beef and diced onions together. Add in tomatoes and cover and simmer for 20 mins on medium heat. Make sure to season to taste.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and also bring a large pot of water to boil. Salt your water and cook your pasta about 3/4 of the full cook time. Drain your pasta.

Toss pasta with sauce and transfer to a large baking dish. Top with ricotta cheese,  parmesan and olive oil. Bake for 30 mins coved and 10 uncovered.
