Preheat your over to 400°F.
Peel and slice plating on an angle. Toss with a generous amount of neutral oil, I used canola here, and season well with salt.
Arrange plantains in single layer on your sheet tray. Roasting them for about 30 minutes, tossing halfway through to make sure they get some color on both sides.
