An easy to follow recipe for light and fluffy dutch baby pancakes topped with ham, egg and cheese.  Plus two delicious sweet variations!

Combine your milk, eggs, flour, salt and mix until smooth. If you're making a sweet version, add in a dash of vanilla.

Heat oven and cast iron skillet to 425°F. Add butter to pan, pour in your batter and return to oven to cook for 15 minutes.

Once dutch baby is nice and puffed, remove from the oven and top it up with your ham, cheese, egg and lots of fresh parsley.

Or, if you wanted to try a sweet version, drizzle with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
