Combine your flour, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl and stir to combine. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rest covered for 20 minutes.

Roll out flatbreads to about 1/4" thick. And cook on a lightly oiled cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Flip when they start to puff and get blistered. About 1-2 minutes.
