Jam Donut Focaccia Recipe

A no-knead sweet focaccia recipe made with strawberry jam and topped with a sweet vanilla glaze.

Think jelly donut meets fluffy focaccia. A no-knead sweet focaccia recipe made with strawberry jam and topped with a sweet vanilla glaze.

Place the dough on a well oiled sheet tray and stretch into a rough rectangle. Spread over jam and fold the dough in thirds. Let rest 20 minutes.

Spread Over Jam

1. Preheat oven and, stretch dough to fill tray and dimple the surface with your fingertips. Bake for ~15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp on the bottom.

Bake The Focaccia

While still warm, spoon over the remaining jam and your glaze. Swirl to create that gorgeous marbled effect. Let cool before slicing. Then dig in!
