Brown chicken in frying pan with a generous amount of butter. Season with extra cinnamon and salt if neede . Let chicken develop a nice fond on the bottom of pan before you flip it.

Add a small onion with cloves to the stock pot. Add in white wine. Cook for at least 1 hour, or until chicken is super tender.

To serve, make spaghetti and layer on a serving dish with plenty of cheese. Pour over lots of that delicious sauce, a portion of chicken and sprinkle more cheese over top.
