Grilled Corn

Perfectly grilled corn topped with lime, sour cream, cilantro and queso fresco. A delicious and easy recipe for your next BBQ, summer party or dinner.

Corn as many ears as you want Sour Cream Queso Fresco or Cotija crumbled Lime Cilantro Olive Oil

InGREDients

Prep the corn by pulling back the husks, remove the silk and tie back the husks with some kitchen twine. Rub the corn with some oil, salt and pepper.

STEP 1

Cook corn on a hot grill turning every few minutes. It shouldn’t take long, you just want it to be tender with a little bit of char, not totally burnt and dried out.

STEP 2

Once it’s done on the grill, slather with some sour cream and top with your queso fresco, lime zest and cilantro. That’s it, eat up!
