An easy to follow recipe for pan pizza with a no-knead dough. It get's topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and grated parmesan! So good.
In a large bowl add your water, oil, honey and yeast. Let sit for about 5 mins to make sure the yeast is alive. If you’re confident you have fresh yeast, no need to wait.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and olive oil. Dump pizza dough onto tray and stretch it out so it covers the sides and corners on your pan. Let rise.
Top your pizza with whatever you want. I went with some pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Bake pizza for 10 – 12 minutes and broil for 3-4 minutes until top is bubbly and blistered.
