Prosciutto and Melon

The classic Italian prosciutto and melon. This version gets a little update using piel de sapo melon instead of cantaloup.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb prosciutto di parma sliced
  • 1/2 piel de sapo melon or any other melon that’s perfectly ripe and in season

Instructions

  • This is probably the simplest recipe you’ll see here. Just slice your melon up and either wrap or top with the prosciutto. Eat up!
