Dill
Fresh, grassy and a little tangy, dill is the herb that makes Mediterranean dishes taste bright and summery. It’s essential in a cool, creamy Easy Homemade Tzatziki and a lighter Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing. Toss it into a make-ahead Orzo Pasta Salad with feta and olives, or pile it into the herb salad on a Hummus Bowl with Spiced Ground Beef. It’s also great with Grilled Chicken Pitas and plenty of tzatziki. Tip: dill is delicate, so add it at the end of cooking or use it raw. The thin upper stems are tender enough to chop right along with the fronds. To keep extra dill, chop it and freeze it in a small container.
