Sweet, sticky, and endlessly versatile, honey balances out both sweet and savory dishes. It goes so well in my Walnut Salad Dressing, balances out the spicy Calabrian chili sauce on my Oven-baked Chicken Wings and is the star of the show in my Struffoli or Italian Honey Balls. Whether drizzled over cheese, whisked into a vinaigrette, or used in marinades, honey is a must-have in the kitchen. Tip: if your honey has crystallized, set the jar in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes and it’ll turn smooth again. When measuring, give the spoon a light coat of oil first and the honey will slide right off.
